About Motor Match
A better way to buy and sell special cars.
Motor Match is a New Zealand marketplace for private sales of premium and enthusiast cars. Owners keep their cars. Buyers get a clear path. Both get support from the first enquiry to handover.
Why we exist
Finding each other is only the start.
Selling a special car takes more than an advert. Owners need good photography, credible information and time to deal with enquiries. Buyers may need finance, an existing car sold, an inspection or transport before they can go ahead.
Those practical hurdles can stall a sale even when the right car and the right buyer have found each other. Motor Match brings the presentation, the people and the partner services together in one place, so both sides can keep moving.
The car stays with its owner, the sale is between the owner and the buyer, and the purchase money is held by an independent escrow provider.

What we believe
The things we will not compromise on.
Owners decide
Honest presentation
Money held independently
People, when it helps
For enthusiasts
Built around the cars people love.
Garages, dream garages and wish lists give members a reason to come back, and give owners an audience that already knows what it wants. We are starting in New Zealand with premium and enthusiast cars, and growing from there.
Our role, plainly
A platform for private sales, with practical support.
Every car on Motor Match is sold privately by its owner. The sale agreement is made directly between the buyer and the seller.
